Wellis is a health-tech startup in Rotterdam building the first integrated health platform in the Netherlands. It offers on-demand care for everyday health needs such as weight loss, hair loss and sexual health.
Role
I joined Wellis in July 2026 as a founding team member. I combine two jobs: leading the product and building its applied AI.
- Product lead: shape what we build and in what order, from patient needs to shipped features
- Applied AI engineer: design and build the AI systems behind the product and the team's own workflow

- Architected a full agentic AI flow for pull requests, so AI agents take part in how code is written, reviewed and shipped
